I have wide feet — will your shoes fit me?
Yes, hun! Divine shoes are specially designed for wide and large feet. Our moulds are custom-built with roomy comfort and cute silhouettes in mind.

It’s our new grouped sizing system to make choosing easier and comfier for all foot shapes. You’ll find the chart on every product page.
How do I know which size to pick?
Check out our size guide on the website or DM us your foot length and ball girth— we’ll help match you to the perfect Divine Fit!
Do you have a store for try on?

Where do you ship from & how long will it take?
We ship straight from Singapore!
Each Divine pair is made from scratch, just for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate: $10.
Free shipping for orders paid by PayNow — so go ahead, add to cart 💅
How do I track my order?

What if I didn’t receive my order?
Double-check with fam/neighbor first, then let us know — we’ll help sort it out with the courier.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I return or exchange my shoes?
We only offer exchanges for sizing issues (subjected to availability)— strictly no refunds. Thanks for understanding, bestie! 💌
What are the conditions for an exchange?
To be eligible for exchange, your item must:
✔️ Be unworn and in original condition
✔️ Have tags intact and in the original box
✔️ Be requested within 5 days of receiving your order
❌ Sale items and limited edition drops are strictly non-exchangeable
My size is out of stock — what can I do?
You can:
— Wait for the next restock (if available)
— Or (if available) exchange for a different colour or design in your size. Just ask, and we’ll do our best 💕
How do I request an exchange?
