- Sizing discrepancy due to an error on our part (not due to measurements provided by the customer)
We recommend booking your appointment 3–4 months before your wedding date to allow enough time for the design and handcrafting process.
This appointment includes:
- Consultation — discuss your design, style, and preferences
- Try-On — explore available styles and finishes in person
- Measuring — foot measurements taken to ensure your custom fit
